Why Design a Roadmap?

Courses are faced with too many projects, too few resources, and sometimes unrealistic expectations of what it takes to deliver on projects. Project often fail due to misalignment on project goals or requirements, and lack of resources allocated.

Our Methodology

Delivering a robust roadmap starts with bringing everything to light. Understand the operation through management and staff anecdotes, financial benchmarking, and use of technology. This comprehensive view allows up to develop a roadmap. We identify initiatives with full context to the operation, phase and sequence them based on impact, and plan the allocation of resources sufficiently to drive success. Here’s how it works:

Prep Work

Research

Our team collects Prep-Materials surrounding your current state including basic financials, KPI’s and any other relevant information. Along with completing standard market research to gain a better understanding.

Day 1

Strategy & Understanding

Sit with ownership to discuss the mission and goals and to gain a baseline strategy. We then begin the facilitated discussions with management, and key staff members individually. This allows for a full understand the operation and their piece of the puzzle.

Day 2

Discussions & Deep Dives

We continue discussions with management and observe daily operations. We use assessment tools to gain understanding of the software being used and identify any gaps. We then meet with ownership and management once again to complete the inventory of possibilities obtained and compile the actionable list of initiatives.

Playback

Roadmap Playback

We compile all learnings from the prep materials provided, technology assessments, and discussions and build your Roadmap. Prioritizing your initiatives, estimating your benefits, impacts and risks. The roadmap aligns your organization and supports initiatives with sufficient resources.
